The glass ceiling and internal politics in a company are keywords for JTBC's new K-drama 'Agency'. It is a drama depicting a career woman against the backdrop of a battlefield-like advertising agency. Lee Bo-Young(I Can Hear Your Voice, Mine, When My Love Blooms) took on the leading role of Go Ah-In.

VC Planning's best Creative Director(CD) Ah-In wants to all-in success giving up a relationship and something else. But the opponents want her to get a setback. Choi Chang-soo and Kwon Woo-Chul consider her like a thorn in their eyes.
In the First Episode, Choi Chang-soo, the director of the Planning Division, suggested internal bidding for the telecom company's PT case. Ah-in from Production Team 2 accepted the offer although she expects Chang-Soo's scheme.
At the end of episode 1, Kwon Woo-Chul CD spies on production team 2 and copies the telecom company PT plan and announces it, but it turns out that the plan stolen by Kwon CD is the plan abandoned by Go Ah-in, who foresaw Kwon's spying in advance. In the end, PT is won by Production Team 2. And then Ah-in is promoted to Head of Production Headquarters (Managing Director). However, Chang-Soo, head of the Planning Division, may have another scheme.
Overall, in K-drama Agency, the politics in a company is fun to watch.
