The daughter of Nam Jung-do(Park Hee-soon), a re-elected member of the National Assembly, goes missing. And the dark side of their family slowly begins to be revealed to the public. SBS Drama Trolley, directed by Kim Moon-gyo, who was in charge as assistant director of Stove League, and Ryu Bo-ri, who wrote the script, follows the risks faced by a politician's wife.
The title, Trolley, was taken from the Trolley's dilemma, an ethics experiment that raised the question of whether it is ethically acceptable to give up one life to save five lives. It is airing every Monday and Tuesday on Monday, December 19, 2022, from 10 pm, and can be viewed on OTT Netflix. Episode 1, which aired on December 19, recorded 4.6%.
The feeling of watching episode 1 is quite a melodrama than a political thriller. Although Kim Hye-joo (Kim Hyeon-joo) has a lot to hide, it seems that the main content of the drama is still the risk of her son rather than her secrets. The interesting point of this drama will be how the politician deals with the risks of his wife in the future.
